Estuve en un viaje de mayores de 65 años de la Comunidad de Madrid a través del Corte inglés (bastante más caros que el inserso). Aparte de ponernos para comer en plan ganado en mesas largas y todos a piñados, en mi vida he comido peor. Todo congelado o de bajisima calidad. Albóndigas incomibles, cachopo de jamón York y cinta de lomo durisima,... Solo tenías un primero y un segundo sin posibilidad de elegir. Uno que protesto le dijeron que si no le gustaba, que otro se lo comería. Absolutamente impresentable

Hotel muy tranquilo. El personal muy amable. Lo único que hay que darle una vueltecilla a las habitaciones. Pero muy limpio todo. El desayuno es todos los días igual pero muy bueno. Tostadas, sobaos café zumo. También disfrutamos de un masaje de espalda que nos dio Nina y súper recomendable. Y a muy buen precio para los huéspedes del hotel.

Estoy en el balneario de Alceda,se está súper bien,la comida riquísima mejor imposible,y el trato de las trabajadoras genial vamos que se está como en casa, volveré a repetir seguro,lo recomiendo al 100x100,un sitio tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza

Te cobran conforme llegas para que no tengas escapatoria. La habitación apesta a tabaco, nos la cambiaron por una simple y no nos descontaron nada, azulejos rotos, moho en techos y juntas, puertas rotas y atención antipática, se le cayó la leche al niño y no la reponen. La piscina llena de telarañas, foco roto en el fondo del agua, salvavidas tapados por la vegetación, agua lleva de bichos,.... Pagas más que en otro hotel y no merece la pena.

En los Valles Pasiegos,entorno de gran tranquilidad y sosiego. El personal del centro excelente tanto en el balneario como en el hotel. Personal muy cercano y siempre con disposición de tu bienestar en todo momento. El comedor muy bien organizado y acogedor. La cocina excelente con menú servido en mesa compuesto de dos platos a elegir en almuerzo y cena. Y además la calidad de las aguas del balneario Excelentes para la piel y problemas de artritis, artrosis... En fin una experiencia única de relax y tranquilidad.

Tiene una ubicación privilegiada en los valles pasiegos. Por tanto, rodeado de prados, montañas y valles. El personal es exquisito en el trato y las comidas son riquísimas, de elaboración casera, dos platos a elegir uno. Postres caseros en almuerzo seguro y en numerosas ocasiones en cena. Felicitar al cocinero pero las camareras son realmente amables y muy profesionales en su trato. En cuanto a las aguas del balneario son buenísimas para la piel, artritis y dolores varios como los que tengo. En definitiva, no tengo sino una crítica positiva para este hotel balneario, pero claro es muy subjetiva. Sólo decir que quien quiera un 5 estrellas que lo pague y disfrute.

Bien el entorno,aguas y personal..normal habitación y sabor cocina..FATAL los servicios del IMSERSO..."charca" de 9 m2 con 6 personas y cuatro chorros..con manguera yo me riego las piernas, sauna salchichera NO hay mantenimiento, no tenía soporte de la ducha, reclamé 4 veces, me fui sin colocar nada, 4 días tuve que esperar 23 minutos entre plato y plato...piscinas exteriores heladas...decepción total..
